Green Rock VCS powers primetime ratings winner

Simon Green

Our ITV documentary ACCUSED OF MURDERING OUR SON  won the coveted prime time 9pm slot with a 13% audience share (over 2.7M!) 🎉 Shot throughout lockdown and edited using our proprietary Green Rock VCS remote workflow.

VCS was at the core of the production during this time of uncertainty, allowing our team of London based editors to work fully remotely on this complex real documentary that tracked a real time police investigation.

“Having a fully remote workflow not only gave us the opportunity to carry on working in the midst of lockdown, but also the opportunity to fully appreciate how agile VCS is as a post production workflow. There wasn’t a single thing we couldn’t do in VCS, which we couldn’t of have done if we had been in a traditional edit suite…except maybe the lack of tea on tap”

Jacob Redfern, Post Production Manager

“To produce a critically acclaimed ratings winning documentary during a pandemic was no mean feat. The hard work that our research and development team have put into designing Green Rock VCS over the last 4 years is, paying off as work patterns change and people want a future first solution to editing that’s both cost effective and limitlessly scalable”

Green Rock VCS is the world’s first fully remote, sustainable post production solution. Redefining the future of post production, enabling more agile, efficient collaborative ways of working. For a free virtual demo and a chance to experience the future of post firsthand, visit greenrock/vcs and book a slot. We think you’ll love it.
